CHEESE BALLS

Ingredients:

  • 7 Laughing Cow wedges
  • 1 cup of Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100g Breadcrumbs (crushed cereals for a healthier option)
  • 2 tsp Olive oil

PreparaTIOn:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  2. First, unwrap the cheese wedges and roll little balls using the palms of your hand.
  3. Once you have rolled the cheese into balls, add the flour to a bowl, beat the egg in a separate bowl and add the breadcrumbs to its own bowl. You should have 3 separate bowls with 3 different ingredients inside each.
  4. Individually, coat the cheese balls with flour first, then dip into the bowl with the beaten egg and lastly dip the cheese balls in the breadcrumbs/ crushed cereals.
  5. Once all your cheesy balls are ready, place them on a tray and gently brush with olive oil with a brush.
  6. Bake them in the oven for 7-10 mins or until golden brown.
  7. Remove and enjoy warm!
