CHEESE BALLS

Ingredients:
- 7 Laughing Cow wedges
- 1 cup of Flour
- 1 egg
- 100g Breadcrumbs (crushed cereals for a healthier option)
- 2 tsp Olive oil
PreparaTIOn:
- Preheat the oven to 180° C.
- First, unwrap the cheese wedges and roll little balls using the palms of your hand.
- Once you have rolled the cheese into balls, add the flour to a bowl, beat the egg in a separate bowl and add the breadcrumbs to its own bowl. You should have 3 separate bowls with 3 different ingredients inside each.
- Individually, coat the cheese balls with flour first, then dip into the bowl with the beaten egg and lastly dip the cheese balls in the breadcrumbs/ crushed cereals.
- Once all your cheesy balls are ready, place them on a tray and gently brush with olive oil with a brush.
- Bake them in the oven for 7-10 mins or until golden brown.
- Remove and enjoy warm!
