CHEESY MUFFINS

Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 300g Yogurt
  • 120ml Sunflower Oil
  • 100g Sugar
  • 6 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 10g Yeast

PreparaTIOn:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Beat the egg yolks in a bowl and add the yogurt and sugar.
  3. Unwrap the cheese wedges and combine into the mixture until a dough is formed.
  4. Then, sift the flour and stir in the yeast.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.
  6. Add the dough to the egg white mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Place the paper cupcake paper moulds into the cupcake tray.
  8. Pour the mixture to about 3/4 of the cupcake paper moulds.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Once golden, remove from the oven and let them cool down.
  11. Serve warm or cold and enjoy!
