CHEESY MUFFINS

Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 300g Yogurt
- 120ml Sunflower Oil
- 100g Sugar
- 6 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
- 1 Cup Flour
- 10g Yeast
PreparaTIOn:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Beat the egg yolks in a bowl and add the yogurt and sugar.
- Unwrap the cheese wedges and combine into the mixture until a dough is formed.
- Then, sift the flour and stir in the yeast.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Add the dough to the egg white mixture and stir to combine.
- Place the paper cupcake paper moulds into the cupcake tray.
- Pour the mixture to about 3/4 of the cupcake paper moulds.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Once golden, remove from the oven and let them cool down.
- Serve warm or cold and enjoy!
